Mike has thirty years’ experience of the utilities industries in the UK and internationally, he spent significant time at GEC Marconi in their Services Business deploying mobile communications for Rail and Road customers. Mike has a track record of constructing assets across the power, telecoms and renewables sectors most recently building Fibre to the Home networks as CEO of Gigaclear, the rural fibre network operator.

Peter is a lawyer with long experience of working in-house and as a non-executive in the telecoms and financial services sectors. He has worked for and advised equipment, infrastructure and service suppliers to the telecoms sector and has held non-executive roles with regulators including the Phone–Paid Services Authority, the FCA and HM Treasury.

Brendan has more than thirty years’ experience of financial and IT roles, working both in the UK and internationally, with extensive experience, in particular, of the EMEA region. He has worked across a number of industry sectors including manufacturing, consumer goods, professional and legal services. A considerable portion of his career was spent at Unilever, based in different countries, and most recently he worked for a large American law firm, Baker & McKenzie.

Joanna is an experienced property lawyer who has worked in the telecoms sector for over 30 years. She was a partner at Bird & Bird, then moved to become Legal Counsel to Ultramast and subsequently the Shere Group, before joining Railsite Telecom as Legal Director

Sean joined APT in 1996. He is a mobile comms all-rounder, his skills ranging from site design, autocad, rigging and project management. He was a valued member of the Shere Group team and joined Railsite in 2021.
Paul Sludden, Director of Radio Engineering

Paul Sludden is the Director of Radio Engineering at Railsite Telecom and is responsible for the design and planning of mobile network sites on behalf of UK Mobile Network Operators.
Paul has spent over 25 years working in the Mobile Radio sector with Operators, Vendors and Consultancy firms globally. During this time, he gained extensive experience in mobile network strategy, technology, planning, implementation and performance.

Simon is both a Chartered Civil Engineer and a Chartered Structural Engineer with over 30 years experience in the construction and telecommunications industry. He has provided specialist structural expertise to Cellnet, Mercury Personal Communications, APT and as Chief Technical Officer for the Ultramast joint venture between Marconi and Railtrack. More recently he has provided engineering consultancy services to Cellnex and other private clients in the construction industry.

Phil has worked in the mobile phone industry since 1990, firstly with Mercury one2one, which became T-Mobile. He went on to become Managing Director of Daley International until 2020. He brings his experience in all aspects of network build and maintenance to Railsite Telecom.

Peter has worked in the mobile phone industry since 1984, firstly with Cellnet and then as head of acquisitions at Shere Group. He became Managing Director of Shere once it was aquired by Cellnex in 2016, then joined Railsite in 2022.
